Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how Menovē ("we", "us", "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for purchases made on menove.app or through the Menovē mobile application.

1. Our products

Menovē is a digital subscription service that provides access to the Menovē mobile application, including its AI wellness companion "Mona," symptom tracking, insights, and related digital content. We do not sell physical goods, so no return policy applies.

2. Refund eligibility

We want you to love Menovē. If the product isn’t working for you, we offer the following refund terms:

Monthly and annual subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge, provided you have not extensively used the service during that period. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Founding Member $1 reservation

The $1 Founding Member reservation is refundable within 30 days of purchase upon written request. After 30 days, or once you have redeemed your founding-member benefits, the reservation is non-refundable.

Lifetime plan

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used the service. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Menovē subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access to paid features until that date, after which your account will move to the free tier (if available) or be deactivated.

To cancel:

Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the refund window described in Section 2.

4. Free trials and promotional offers

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Promotional pricing (including founding-member pricing) remains in effect as long as your subscription is continuously active; allowing the subscription to lapse may forfeit promotional rates.

5. Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you see a charge from Menovē that you don’t recognize or believe is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@menove.app before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days and, where appropriate, issue a prompt refund or correction.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the associated account being suspended pending resolution.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
